Many might not know but Nicole was my first real, true relationship. I knew as soon as I met her she was just…different. Incredible. But I knew she was moving to Florida when that summer ended. I don’t think she expected to fall in love with me, but I had already been in love with her for months.

Chicken, avocado + sweet potato will always be a meal I’ll never tire of, because of the way it makes my body feel & its simplicity. Greek yogurt has been an easy and convenient source of protein and I’m currently going through a cream of rice phase ( is just so good)
Aside from the postworkout meal, remember to pair your carbs with a fat source, as it slows the uptake and leads to a longer replenishment of glycogen as your body recovers from training.

This season has completely surpassed my expectations. I knew I made physical improvements but the degree that my mentality followed, has given me such a fire.
I sat in my shower some weeks ago, crying after quite a hard day, and I said to Mohammed “I don’t know if I can do this.” He grabbed my face and he said, “Yes, Nicole. You can.”
It might sound crazy but those are actually my favorite parts about bodybuilding. I love the glam, the lights, the stage. But the other side of those hard moments become everything to me.
For me, it is never about winning, and always about the journey. That’s where my passion lies 🫶 and the journey has only just begun.
