Ten years later, I’m still here, married to the love of my life with 3 beautiful children, living a life I once only dreamed of. It’s wild looking back and realizing how much can change when you don’t know what’s coming next. Makes me wonder what 2036 will look like.

We live in a small town outside of Calgary, Alberta. I’m from Kelowna, BC and Darcy is from a small town outside of Lethbridge.
I’m a wedding and family photographer, content creator and I also work full time for an airline here in Calgary. Darcy manages a storage agriculture and chemical storage company.
We built a home in Airdrie, and we had both our babies at home there. Then we decided to renovate and sell and build again in a smaller town! Both times we bought spec homes, so already designed for us - there’s no way I could make all the design decisions. While the home was being built we lived out of our 20 foot trailer with all our animals and the two kids. It was an adventure and we got to see so much of Alberta.
We love to be out in the mountains and we love to hike. If we aren’t exploring our own backyard, we are in a flight someone to explore a new country or enjoy a resort somewhere warm!
