The first thing I noticed was how smooth it leaves my skin. As an oily mama, finding a moisturizer that doesn’t feel greasy is a big deal, and this one absorbs really nicely without any oily residue.
I can’t speak to the wrinkle-smoothing part yet since I don’t have wrinkles (thankfully lol), but I’m hopeful it’ll help keep them away down the line. For now I’m just loving how soft and comfortable my skin feels.

Dallas really tried to fool us. The sun is shining, it is beautiful outside, & meanwhile they’re saying storms all weekend. 😭 It ended up being the perfect day to wear Sacred Bond by Reinvented.
This fragrance leans fruity, warm, & slightly addictive on my skin. The raspberry, mandarin, & bergamot give it a juicy brightness at first, then the florals soften everything out in such a smooth way. In the dry down, the caramel, vanilla, amber, & sandalwood make it feel rich, sweet, & sensual without becoming too heavy in the heat.

I first smelled Grand Soir years ago & it just wasn’t for me. At the time it felt too grown, too heavy, & I didn’t have the nose for amber like I do now. But once I got deeper into niche perfumery & started paying attention to how a fragrance unfolds on skin, my taste shifted a lot.
On my skin, this wears like warm amber resin with a quiet spice running through it. The labdanum gives it that deep golden glow, then the cinnamon leaf adds a smooth heat that feels sensual, not sharp. If there’s lavandin in here, it’s not giving “lavender” at all to me, it just makes everything feel more polished & blended. The vanilla amber finish feels rich, smooth, & expensive without turning sugary.

La primera vez que olí Grand Soir fue hace años y simplemente no era para mí. En ese momento se sentía demasiado maduro, demasiado intenso, y no tenía el olfato para el ámbar como lo tengo ahora. Pero cuando me adentré más en la perfumería nicho y empecé a prestar atención a cómo una fragancia se desarrolla en la piel, mi gusto cambió muchísimo.
En mi piel, se siente como una resina de ámbar cálida con un toque especiado muy sutil recorriéndola. El ládano le da ese brillo dorado profundo, y luego la hoja de canela aporta un calor suave que se siente sensual, no picante. Si hay lavandín aquí, a mí no me huele a “lavanda” como tal, más bien hace que todo se perciba más pulido y bien integrado. Y al final se asienta en un fondo de ámbar con vainilla que se siente rico, suave y elegante.
