Vi lascio immaginare la mia felicità, quando ho scoperto che fino al 5 Maggio, da, si celebra il MESE DEI FORMAGGI 😍🧀
Io ho deciso di rendergli onore così: realizzando un tagliere con 6 dei loro formaggi 💗 Ho utilizzato il “TRIS GIRO D’ITALIA” ed il “TRIS DEL NORD”, due selezioni da 3 formaggi ciascuna suddivisi in base alla loro provenienza 😍 Nel primo c’erano un Raschera (dal Piemonte), un Riserva del Fondatore (dalla Toscana) ed un Ragusano DOP Stagionato (proveniente dalla Sicilia)...un viaggio formaggioso per l’Italia, da Nord a Sud 🧀
Nel secondo Tris invece c’erano Taleggio DOP (dalla Lombardia), Puzzone di Moena DOP (dal Trentino) e la Fontina DOP (tipica valdostana): alcuni tra i miei formaggi preferiti in assoluto 😍
Ovviamente sul tagliere non potevano mancare salumi, crostini, olive, frutta e, per accompagnare, un miele di castagno ed una confettura di albicocche 🍯
E infine, per brindare, una spettacolare Wayan di 🍻
È stato un onore per me poter realizzare questo tagliere con i meravigliosi prodotti di 🙏🏻💗
