【東京での治療編🏀】
前回の投稿でご紹介した、東京から宮崎まで来てくれた小学6年生のバスケットボール選手。
宮崎での治療後、無事にバスケットボールキャンプへ参加することができました！
ご本人からは、
「ほとんど痛みなくプレーできました！」
という嬉しい報告をいただきました✨
そして今回は、東京で2回目の治療を行いました。
前回と比べても身体の状態は良く、動きの確認では全力で走ることもできるように🏃♂️
ジャンプや切り返しなどの動作もスムーズになり、表情にも自信が戻っていました。
成長期のスポーツ障害は、痛い場所だけが原因ではないことも少なくありません。
私たちは身体全体のバランスや使い方を確認しながら、根本的な改善を目指してサポートしています。

「もうバスケットボールを思い切りできないかもしれない…」
そんな不安を抱えながら、東京から宮崎まで来てくれた小学6年生の男の子。
膝や太ももの痛みが続き、大好きなバスケットボールが思うようにできない状態でした。
「合宿に少しでも良い状態で参加したい」
そんな想いでYouTubeを見て、遠方にも関わらず来院してくれました。
お身体を確認すると、痛みのある部分だけでなく、全身の筋肉が緊張し、体の使い方にも大きな負担がかかっている状態でした。
治療後は、
✅ 体が軽くなった
✅ 動きがスムーズになった
✅ 表情も明るくなった
そして東京へ戻った後、無事に合宿へ参加。
ご本人からは、
「痛みは10あったうちの1くらいでした！」

【内くるぶしの痛み、我慢していませんか？】
実は私自身も、中学1年生の頃に約1年間「有痛性外脛骨」に苦しみました。
内くるぶしの下あたりに骨が少し出っ張り、
✔️ ボールが当たると痛い
✔️ 靴が当たると痛い

✔️ 練習後にズキズキする
