Et que le temps de repos entre l’opération et la rééducation est plus court que tu ne le pensais?
Alors bien sûr, on va pas aller faire du renforcement sans contrôle dès les premières séances, mais cela permettra de travailler sur la mobilité articulaire, ne pas laisser installer la rigidité post opératoire, lutter contre le flessum, fatiguer les ischiojambiers et tout un tas de protocole qu’on mets en place dès la sortie du patient! C’est pour cette même raison qu’aujourd’hui on opère les LCA en ambulatoire. Le patient entre et sort le même jour!
Alors si demain tu as une opération de prévu, informe toi pour commencer ta kiné le plus vite possible!

👉 Une méta-analyse publiée dans Sports Medicine (9 études, 333 athlètes) a comparé les exercices proprioceptifs traditionnels à ceux réalisés en réalité virtuelle après reconstruction du ligament croisé antérieur.

Il est important dans une rééducation d’évoluer progressivement la mise en charge de nos patients. Il faut les pousser à plus fort mais pas trop violemment non plus. Selon ce qu’ils ont etc…
Mais il arrive souvent qu’on donne cette consigne aux patients. Reprenez progressivement.
Et il arrive parfois que l’oreille n’était pas attentive à ce moment là. Ou qu’ils ont préféré écouter leur envie compétitive de reprendre plus vite que prévu. Et parfois on les retrouve au cabinet avec une petite tête disant « j’ai repris. J’aurai pas du ».
Prenez soin de vous. Reprenez progressivement. Écoutez vos thérapeutes
