“It’s a new diet right?” NOPE. I’m not on a diet. I fast in the morning and keep my portions controlled out of habit at this point. I don’t count calories and eat what my body is asking for. I listen to my body.
“But you dropped weight so fast! It’s so sudden??” It’s been 3 years of lab work every 3-6 months, IVs, supplements, drinks, shots, fasting, nutrition and lifestyle transformation. So no it was not overnight and not an easy task but I was on a mission to fix it.
