👋hello! I'm Amy and I'm the founder and editor of the travel site New England With Love.
I have been a travel blogger for more than a decade, but in 2019 I decided to start sharing specifically about New England.
I have been exploring New England since my first visit to Stowe, Vermont and age 14 (I can't believe it but this is almost 23 years ago now #ImOld). My family loved Vermont so much we moved there and I lived in the area for 15+ years.
I attended college in New Hampshire at and majored in Musical Theater. 👯♂️ 👐 I don't get to do much musical theater anymore but I still sing in my car daily and I have 24601 tattooed on my left arm (IYKYK 🇫🇷)
In my mid 20s I went backpacking through Europe (my dream trip) and started as a travel blogger soon after. I also met my husband in a hostel over there, but that's a story for another time! 😊
In 2012, I decided to head back to Europe, Scotland to be precise, and get my Masters in English while I was there.
These days, I'm a bit of a displaced New Englander held captive in the South! Just kidding! I actually like North Carolina. But it doesn't stop me from traveling to New England several times per year. I'll never stop exploring New England because I love it so much! Hence #NewEnglandWithLove
It is especially magical sharing New England adventures with my toddler. ❤️
I live outside of Raleigh with my husband Nathan, our son Malcolm, and 2 cute kitties. I love reading, zumba, coffee shops, working on my blogs constantly, even in my sleep, and The Office.
