It’s a cozy, rainy autumn day in Connecticut. And this moist, full of rich banana flavor, hints of cinnamon cake was exactly what the day called for! (It can even be made beautifully gluten free and dairy free!!) Not to mention, it was soooo easy to whip up with this gorgeous new handheld mixer I was gifted from! It has a beautiful Laura Ashley design that matches all of my kitchen decor! I’m absolutely in love with it and it certainly makes baking in my cottage a much prettier affair!💙
