Today marks 5 years of being in this EDC community. What a wild journey it’s been, collecting tools, pocket art, and tech gear—but through it all, I’ve forged so many relationships with the makers and brands behind the pieces that I carry, honestly more than I could feature in a single photo. The people are what keep me in this space, so this post is a celebration of all of you who have made this hobby as wonderful as it is. Cheers to another year and hopefully for many more to come, have a happy Saturday EDC fam 🤙🏼🔥!!
The Mars Rover 302 Adventure Sling might just be my new favourite shoulder bag in my collection. It has plenty of storage to fit my Leica Q2 or my Sony cameras and extra lenses, along with any other essentials that I need for a day of being out and about. As expected of any Grams28 bag, the build and material quality is top tier—the Adventure lineup uses X-Pac X11 as its base fabric with pebbled Italian leather accents, making for a striking visual contrast, especially in this cream and black colour combo. Bonus points also go to the Mars Rover edition Adventure bags for adding a small loop section for patch customization, which you know I’ll be taking full advantage of! Hope you’re having an amazing Thursday EDC crew, we’re almost reaching the end of the week 🤘🏼🔥!!
Tech Tuesday featuring the Retractable 3-in-1 Power Bank. This sleek-looking unit is a one-stop solution for powering your devices, whether you’re charging on the go, or plugged into a wall socket at home. The built-in USB-C cable also means you won’t need to carry any extra pieces to connect your gear—it extends up to 2.3 feet, and winds itself back neatly into the unit when not in use. Of course, if you’re like me and bring a lot of gadgets with you, there’s the option to power a second device thanks to the extra port on the side. I’ve been digging Sharge products over the years, and this is another home-run power bank. If you’re keen to pick one up for yourself, you can find the link in my bio. Have a great Tuesday EDC crew 🙌🏼🔥!!
2026 started off in a big way—being able to attend CES was a goal that I had on my personal checklist for a later time, but never did I think it was going to happen this year! The show was a blast; I had the chance to see some exciting new gear, meet really cool people, and even explore some parts of the strip. Overall, it was a pretty productive trip and one that I’d love to keep coming back to 🤘🏼🔥!!
Classy carry for the weekend. A couple new pieces have been added to the growing collection of black and gold themed gear, which looks so good when everything is assembled together 👌🏼! Hope you have an awesome Saturday EDC Crew 🤘🏼🔥!!
Always be knolling, never not coordinating 😜. Decided to bring together pieces that leaned on the warmer side for anyone who’s looking at cold and snowy days, like all the homies back in Toronto 😅. Only a couple days left here in Vegas before I return home so I’ll be right there with you feeling miserable soon enough 😆. Have an awesome Thursday, wherever you might be EDC gang 🤙🏼🔥!!
One light, four different looks! The newly updated E8 is one of Wuben’s more unique flashlight products, offering the ability to customize the look with different coloured side panels. A huge update from the previous version: the panels are now easily swappable, thanks to their magnetic attachment design, meaning you can quickly change its look to match the rest of your everyday carry or whatever suits your style. With 3 different modes and adjustable brightness levels to cycle through, the E8 has been a handy and fun piece to carry around. If you’re keen to pick one up, the E8 is scheduled to drop on January 22, so mark your calendars. Happy Hump Day EDC gang 🤘🏼🔥!!
just released their newest product for photographers, the super compact CreateMate Mini Card Reader Case. It works nearly the same way as its older sibling—able to store a spare SD and up to three microSD cards—but the Mini comes in at half the size of the original, which makes this much easier to fit into your camera bag. If you travel with multiple memory cards or you’re constantly editing on the go, the CreateMate Mini Card Reader Case might be worth checking out. The link to it is in my bio and you can use the code DAYSPGY10 for 10% off. Have a great Tuesday EDC crew 🙌🏼🔥!!
Excited to share that I’m heading to CES 2026 and here’s a spread of the gear essentials I’m bringing with me on the trip to document all the things presented at the show! At the core of keeping everything organized are ’s range of pouches, all packed inside the Traverse backpack. Sporting a 30L capacity, it’s the ideal size for walking the show floor, even when fully loaded, and with a very sleek silhouette and streamlined design, it just might be my favourite backpack in Alpaka’s lineup, especially in the Moonlight Blue Axoflux colourway 😮‍💨. If you’re keen on picking up some fresh new Alpaka Gear for the New Year, don’t forget to use my code RYC15, where you’ll be able to get 15% off your entire purchase order. Happy Friday and Happy New Year EDC fam 🤙🏼🔥!!
A pop of colour for the feed today, EDC crew. I recently had the chance to check out some cool new pieces from, the Black Snipe mini keychain flashlight and EDC magnetic phone stand. The flashlight is a great little accessory that can be attached in multiple ways, whether clipping it to your bag, or even sticking it onto a pouch with hook and loop, thanks to the swappable rear mounts. It also has a flathead screwdriver and unsharpened cutter for those moments when you’re in a pinch. The phone stand also has a couple of neat features, such as the adjustable length for your stand and a retractable cutter for opening your Monday mail calls 👌🏼. Apart from some EDC pieces, VSGO also has a variety of bags designed specifically for photographers, so be sure to check them out and use the code RA20 for an extra discount. Be sure to follow the link in my bio for more info and have a great start to your week🤘🏼🔥!!
