She is a known case of epilepsy, she stopped her drugs because she thought she hasn't had a seizure for a while.
Patient might have landed on the toothbrush, which pierced her posterior wall of mouth and lodged next to her cervical spine.
Thankfully no critical structures were injured and she made an uneventful recovery.
