Provale in questo Crumble alle Fragole, un dolce rustico, friabile fuori e morbido e fruttato dentro.
✅ Ingredienti per la “sbriciolata”
300 g farina 00
120 g zucchero
120 g burro freddo
1 uovo
1 bustina di lievito per dolci
un pizzico di sale
scorza di limone (facoltativa)
✅ Per il ripieno:
400 g fragole
2–3 cucchiai zucchero
1 cucchiaio succo di limone
1 cucchiaio amido di mais (facoltativo, per addensare)
✅ Procedimento:
Prepara le fragole, tagliale a pezzi e mescolale con zucchero, limone e amido. Lascia riposare 10 minuti.
In una ciotola lavora farina, zucchero, lievito e sale, aggiungi burro freddo, uovo e “sbriciola” con le mani fino a ottenere briciole irregolari.
In una tortiera (22–24 cm) metti metà impasto, compattando leggermente il fondo, farcisci aggiungendo le fragole, distribuisci sopra il resto dell'impasto senza schiacciare troppo.
Cuoci a 180°C in forno statico per circa 35–40 minuti, fino a doratura.
