Ingrédients:
- 85 g d'éclats de chocolat noir (végétalien si souhaité)
- 2 cuillères à café d'huile de noix de coco
- 1 cuillère à soupe de lait d'amande
- 125 g de beurre de cacahuètes naturel
- 30 g de fit vanilla
- ½ cuillère à café d'extrait de vanille
Préparation:
1. Fais fondre l’huile de coco et les pépites de chocolat dans une petite casserole à feu doux.
2. Retire du feu avant que le chocolat ne soit complètement fondu.
3. Entre-temps, mélange le lait d'amande, le beurre de cacahuètes, la poudre de protéines de vanille et l'extrait de vanille, puis presse fermement le mélange dans des moules à mini-muffins en silicone pour que le mélange reste homogène.
4. Recouvre chaque portion de chocolat fondu et lisse bien la surface et répartis uniformément.
5. Place au congélateur pour faire durcir.
