El proyecto busca desarrollar recursos y protocolos basados en evidencia para
clubs, entrenadores y federaciones, que puedan ayudar a planificar y evaluar
entrenamientos de forma objetiva
3. Prevención de lesiones
Queremos analizar la incidencia y los factores de riesgo de lesiones en
escaladores jóvenes para diseñar estrategias de prevención eficaces y seguras.
4. Salud a largo plazo
Más allá del rendimiento, apostamos por modelos de prevención y promoción de
la salud, contribuyendo a una trayectoria deportiva prolongada, segura y sostenible.
