‼️ Sometimes you can find bank branches that will allow you to open a bank account without all of these documents! For example, the banks on university campuses sometimes allow students to open limited accounts without an ARC!
‼️‼️ If one branch rejects your application, try the branch down the street! Yes, branch!! Literally the same bank just a different location! Sometimes different branches have different application procedures!
‼️‼️‼️ If your bank doesn’t ask you about online banking, ASK THEM TO REGISTER YOU!!! YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO USE THE BANK APP UNTIL THEY REGISTER YOU!!!!! (yes this was VERY traumatizing for me,,)
‼️‼️‼️‼️ Ask them if you need to register your card for online purchases! I had to register my Hana card on a separate Hana banking app (yes there are multiple) in order to buy things online!
