Gestern im Schloss Herrenhausen wurde einmal mehr deutlich:
Die Immobilienwirtschaft steht unter Druck, liefert jedoch konkrete Lösungen.
Besonders überzeugend waren die inhaltlichen Impulse des Tages. Marktanalysen, praxisnahe Projektbeispiele und klare politische Perspektiven trafen aufeinander, eingebracht von führenden Persönlichkeiten aus Forschung, Projektentwicklung, Kommunen und Verwaltung.
Genau dieser Schulterschluss ist entscheidend dafür, ob der Wohnungsbau in Deutschland wieder an Dynamik gewinnt.
