Запеканка творожная с бананом
(на небольшую форму 12-15см)
- 275-300г творога
- 2 яйца
- небольшой банан
- 60г сахара
- 60г муки
1. Творог смешать с яйцами и сахаром
2.Вилкой размять банан и добавить в массу, перемешать
3. Добавить муку, перемешать
4. Форму застелить пергаментом, выложить тесто, разровнять
5. Выпекать при 180° 40-45 минут

Мягкие печеньки-булочки с яблоками
(на 9-13шт)
- 3 яйца
- 50г сливочного масла
- 100г сахара
- 160г муки
- 1.5ч.л. разрыхлителя
- 400-450г яблок (это 3 средних яблока)
⠀
1. Яблоки очистить от кожуры и сердцевины и нарезать небольшими кубиками
2. Мягкое масло растереть с сахаром
3. Вбить по одному яйца, каждый раз хорошо взбивая
4. Всыпать муку с разрыхлителем, перемешать
5. Добавить яблоки, перемешать
6. Противень застелить пергаментом и ложкой выложить печеньки на расстоянии друг от друга (они увеличатся в размерах в 2 раза). Выпекать при 180° 15 минут

Морковно-банановый кекс
- 3 яйца
- 2 средние моркови (у меня 200г)
- 2 небольших переспелых банана (у меня вышло 200г мякоти)
- 170г растительного масла
- 150г сахара (можно увеличить до 180г)
- 250г муки
- 2ч.л. разрыхлителя
Глазурь:
- 140г шоколала
- 30г молока
- 40г сливочного масла
1. Морковку натереть на мелкой тёрке, банан размять
2. Яйца взбить с сахаром, влить масло, перемешать
3. Добавить банан и морковь, размешать
4. Всыпать муку с разрыхлителем, перемешать
5. Форму застелить пергаментом и вылить тесто. Выпекать в заранее разогретой духовке при 180* 45-50 минут
6. Для глазури растопить всё в микроволновке или на водяной бане. Полить сверху глазурью
7. Наслаждаться!
