➡️receta del bizcocho:
1 huevo
200 gr de azúcar estándar
150 gr de harina
50 gr de cocoa
3 gr de polvo para hornear
3 gr de bicarbonato de sodio
3 gr de sal
125 ml de yogurt natural sin azúcar
90 ml de aceite
125 ml de agua hirviendo
5 de café soluble
5 ml de vainilla
Súper fácil mezclas todos los ingredientes líquidos menos el agua caliente, agregas los ingredientes secos pasados por un cernidor, mezclas bien y por últimos agregas el agua caliente y vuelves a mezclar todo, puedes hornear en dos moldes de 6” por 23 min aprox a 170•C
➡️receta de betún de queso:
200 gr de queso crema
25 gr de mantequilla sin sal
30 gr de azúcar glas
120 ml de crema para batir
Primero pon a batir tu crema hasta que monte súper bien, en otro bowl acremas el queso y mantequilla a temperatura con el azúcar, agregas la crema montada y mezclas hasta homogeneizar y listo ✔️ rellenas y decoras tu pastel con betún de queso y crema de avellanas de y trozos de tus chocolates favoritos y a disfrutar con un vacito de leche 🥰
