盛岡市景観重要建造物 「徳清」 にて開催されたアートイベントにお邪魔してまいりました。
明治橋のたもとに建つ「徳清」は、盛岡城本丸の面影を唯一いまに伝える建築です。
実際に盛岡城の建材を実際に使って建築されている建物で美しい欅や檜の内装に目を奪われます。
この場を展示会場として、絵画や詩、文学、音楽など各分野にて活躍されているアーティストの方々が空間を共有する素敵なイベントでした。
建造物も、人が住まなくなり風が通らなくなり手が入らなくなるとあっという間に荒れ果ててしまいます。
この美しい生き生きとした景観も、長きに渡り丁寧に人が手を入れてきた証。
鉄瓶も、使わずに放っておくとまるで生気を失ったかのごとく錆びけてしまい、痛みも早いものです。
人の手と自然と時間。
全てのバランスが整った時に、心惹かれるものになるのかもしれませんね。

先週末は「東北絆まつり」が開催されました。
「東北絆まつり」は日本大震災の鎮魂と復興を願い、2011年に始まった「東北六魂祭」の後継イベント。東北6県の代表的な夏祭りが一堂に会する大規模な祭りで、毎年、東北6県の県庁所在地が持ち回りで開催するものです。

以前はこんな初夏の時期に街場に熊が出ることはなかったと記憶しています。
ニュースを見ると、各地でも熊が街の方にも現れているというのを目にします。

「少女パレアナ(ポリアンナ)」という児童文学があります。
パレアナは誕生日に人形が欲しかったのですが、届いたのは人形ではなく松葉杖でした。
幼いバレアナは泣きました。
「わたしはお人形さんが欲しいのよ。松葉杖なんかいらないわ！」
この時、父親が言います。
「これはうれしいことなんだよ」
