My fave item we tried was the Matcha Warabimochi Parfait with matcha soft serve. The warabimochi was soft and jiggly and the matcha soft serve was so refreshing with strong enough matcha flavour 🥰 it’s good for sharing between two people! The corn flakes added a nice crunch/texture to the dessert.

🍵 Matcha Shiratama Parfait
Layered with matcha pudding, matcha ice cream, red bean paste, shiratama mochi balls, whipped cream, and corn flakes. The mochi was soft and chewy with matcha ice cream + soft serve.
🖤 Black Sesame Warabimochi Parfait
Made with black sesame pudding, black sesame ice cream, red bean paste, and soft warabimochi. The black sesame pudding cubes was our fav! The warabimochi had an incredibly soft jelly-like texture.
🍵 Matcha Cream Latte
Made with Kyoto matcha, a region famous for producing some of Japan’s highest quality matcha. Smooth, earthy, and balanced cream.
🫘 Azuki Kuromitsu Latte
Sweetened with traditional Japanese kuromitsu syrup and paired with red bean. Great flavour, though we’d recommend less sweet.
🍋 Yuzu Cheesecake
Rich and creamy with bright citrusy yuzu flavour and a buttery crumble crust.
