Letztes Wochenende haben wir unsere eigene Butter geschüttelt – im Schlafanzug, mit ganz viel Lachen und großer Vorfreude.
Danach gab’s frisches Butterbrot mit Schnittlauch aus dem Garten und fluffiges Rührei 🌿🍳
So schmeckt der Frühling – übrigens eine super Idee für die kommenden Osterfeiertage! 🐣 Probiert es unbedingt aus, es ist einfacher als man denkt. Danke liebe Christina für die Inspiration!
Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitung: Butter selbst schütteln 🧈
Das brauchst du:
• Schlagsahne (am besten Bio, zimmerwarm)
• Ein Schraubglas (z. B. Marmeladenglas)
• Optional: eine Prise Salz oder Kräuter
So geht’s:
1. Sahne einfüllen:
Fülle die Sahne etwa bis zur Hälfte ins Glas.
2. Deckel fest verschließen:
Ganz wichtig – damit später nichts ausläuft.
3. Schütteln, schütteln, schütteln:
Jetzt wird’s spaßig: kräftig schütteln, bestimmt 5-10 Minuten! (Perfekt für Kinder – einfach abwechseln)
4. Verwandlung beobachten:
Erst wird die Sahne zu Schlagsahne, dann klumpt sie plötzlich – und trennt sich in:
• Butter (fest)
• Buttermilch (flüssig)
5. Buttermilch abgießen:
Die Flüssigkeit vorsichtig abgießen (kann man trinken oder weiterverwenden).
6. Salzen & genießen:
Nach Geschmack salzen und direkt aufs Brot. 🥖
