Make sure you use a cloth with holes in it so you don’t suffocate yourself!
You could alternatively put this cloth over your shoulders but I will always get make up on the clothes somehow, especially if it’s a high polo neck, so this is what I do!

I’m sure you’ve all heard that you should tape your 2 middle toes together so your feet don’t hurt when you wear heels.
This doesn’t work for me as I have wide feet, and the majority of shoes don’t cater for wide feet unless they’re
I also I HATE unsightly blisters on my toes…….
SO get some sellotape and wrap it around ALL your toes 3-4 times & you’ll be able to wear heels in comfort AND not have your shoes rub on your toes creating friction blisters!

I really believe many of our negative emotions are great motivators and catalysts for a BIG change.
My USP came from my pain. And sometimes, GREAT BIG BEAUTIFUL ideas come from somewhere that hurts.
Pain is a powerful motivator, as is fear.
I carry a great deal of pain inside.
I hide it well as I have humour & my gorgeous kids, and I have my Dad’s smile which I see in the mirror daily.
I found my new normal. I made it work for me.
Why am I telling you this❓
✨Because it’s EXACTLY what I shared with each of the establishments I am in.
These amazing hotels and restaurants loved my product, as the scents sold themselves, but it was that something EXTRA SPECIAL that made them seal the deal….
✨And that was my HONEST, RAW PAIN. They saw integrity in my wanting to raise money for breast cancer research in memory of my beloved sister and dad, and they found my genuine attitude refreshing at our meetings.
I guess when people you love pass away in your arms it changes your perspective and renders you incapable of bullshit. I literally wear my heart on my sleeve!

⭐️What an honour to win the category at the, for the work I do for breast cancer research at Mount Vernon Hospital in memory of my sister and dad.
😃It was a crazy moment, I couldn’t believe my ears, as I had only given birth to my 3rd child a few weeks before and had just recovered from my C section.
🥲I was proud, emotional and absolutely shaking in my stilettos as I grabbed my friend’s hand to steady myself as I walked towards the stage. I didn’t even have a speech prepared.
💌My message to you…
If I can do it, win an award like this, have a full time job, build a brand from nothing, have 3 kids…..SO CAN YOU!
❣️Every single one of us has the potential to be and do anything we like. You can turn any life around, you just have to be brave, manifest your desires with a pure heart, embrace the life you want to have, and step into the light to celebrate all those wins.
💔My sister Salima passed away at 39. Life is too damn short, so I make it my mission to live every second of a life she and my dad would be proud of me for, and raise money through sales of my products, to help find that cure one day, so no one has to suffer again.

Because my sister and dad were at the very heart & soul of the brand, this gave me confidence to attend my very first meeting EVER with such a massive international corporate client.
