Ingredients:
3 cups rice
1 cup urad dal
1 tsp methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
Salt, ghee, chili powder to taste
Water as needed
Method:
Soak: Wash rice, urad dal, and methi dana well. Soak together for 3-4 hours.
Grind & Ferment: Grind to a smooth batter, adding water as needed. Cover and ferment overnight until bubbly.
Cook: Add salt to the batter. Heat a pan, add a little ghee, and pour a ladle of batter. Spread lightly, sprinkle salt and chili powder on top.
Finish: Cook until golden and fluffy on both sides.
Serve hot with chutney for a protein-rich, gut-friendly breakfast.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs lamb or beef thin steak
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 cup curd (yogurt)
- 2 tbsp fried onion paste
- 2 tbsp coconut paste
- 2 tbsp raw papaya paste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, curd, fried onion paste, coconut paste, and raw papaya paste.
2. Add the steak to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
3. Thread the marinated steak onto skewers.
4. Cook the skewered steak using one of the following methods:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the skewered steak until cooked through and golden brown.
OR
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake the skewered steak for 10-15 minutes or until cooked through.
