For an easy even-measure pitcher recipe (close to 42 oz total), do:
* 2 cups tequila
* 1 cup pineapple juice
* 1 cup fresh lime juice
* ½ cup triple sec
* 2 Tbsp agave syrup
* 2–3 cups pineapple chunks
* 10–12 jalapeño slices
* Tajin
* Ice
Instructions:
1. (Pitcher) Mix the Pineapple Juice - Lime Juice - Triple Sec - & Agave Syrup.
2. (tray) Cut chunks of pineapple and slices of jalapeños.
3. (To make 1 Margarita):
- Muddle the fresh pineapple chunks, jalapeno slices, and a tiny pinch of salt in the bottom of a cocktail glass until the pineapple is almost entirely broken down.
- Add the following ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake well, and pour over fresh ice.
* 2 oz tequila
* 1 oz pineapple juice
* 1 oz fresh lime juice
* ½ oz triple sec
* ½ tsp agave syrup
* 2–3 pineapple chunks
* 2–3 jalapeño slices
* Tajin for the rim
