FLUTED OAK BALUSTRADE.

At our recently completed maisonette renovation in Islington, the centrepiece of the entrance is a "fluted" Oak balustrade to the new staircase. The excellent team at three build executed this perfectly integrating the balustrade fluting design with the storage underneath, giving a sense of rhythm and energy to the entrance hall which juxtaposes beautifully against the calming material choices throughout the rest of the property.

My architect were recently appointed to complete this beautiful kitchen extension and renovation. It's amazing how simple it is to create a wonderful space when you focus on the basics and do them really well. We haven't gone overboard with unusual detailing other than the exposed beam in the ceiling. Everything else was fairly straightforward.

Tucked away in the heart of Bow, within one of East London’s conservation areas, this recently completed home renovation was carefully crafted and detailed. My/Architect was engaged to guide the project from design development through to overseeing the construction phase.
Working closely with one of the trusted builders from our network, the renovation combined craftsmanship with technical expertise to navigate the challenges of working within a protected heritage setting. Structural alterations were carefully integrated with a focus on preserving the character of the property while introducing new elements that enhance functionality and light throughout the home.
The styling of the interiors was led by our client, whose eye for detail and personal aesthetic brought a unique warmth and character to the finished space. From carefully chosen finishes to curated furnishings, the home embodies a thoughtful, layered design that reflects both the history of its setting and the individuality of its owner.
