soğanı da piyazlık doğrayalım. kırmızı biberleri de küçük küçük doğradıktan sonra tavuk etimizi de doğrayalım.
Doğradığımız tavukları tavaya alalım ve suyunu salıp çekene kadar pişirelim.
Daha sonra sıvı yağı ekleyelim ve karıştıralım. Soğanları da ilave ederek güzelce kavuralım.
Kırmızı biberi ekleyerek kavurmaya devam edelim.
sonra salça, tuz, pul biber, kırmızı toz biber ve karabiberi ilave ederek güzelce karıştırarak 5 dakika daha pişirelim ve ocaktan alalım.
Krep için uygun bir karıştırma kabına un, su ve sütü alarak çırpalım.
Pürüzsüz bir hamur elde ettikten sonra ocağa aldığımız teflon tavaya fırça ile çok az yağ sürelim.
Yağ kızdıktan sonra hamurumuzdan 1 kepçe kadar tavaya dökerek yayılmasını sağlayalım.
Hamurun yüzeyi göz göz olduktan sonra tersini çevirerek o yüzeyini de pişirelim.
Pişen krebimizi tabağa alalım ve hamur bitinceye kadar bu şekilde pişirmeye devam edelim. Ben bu ölçülerle 6 adet krep elde ettim. Aynı zamanda tavamı sadece bir kere yağladım.
Tavuklu harcımızdan krebimizin ortasına 2-3 kaşık olacak şekilde koyalım ve krebi harcın üzerine doğru kapatarak bohça haline getirelim, fırın tepsisine yerleştirelim. Tüm malzemelerimiz bitene kadar bu şekilde hazırlamaya devam edelim.
Beşamel sosu için uygun bir tencereye sıvı yağ ve unu kavuralım.
Üzerine yumurta ve tuzu ekleyerek çırpmaya devam edelim.
Ardından sütü yavaş yavaş ekleyelim ve karıştıralım.
Kaynadıktan sonra karabiber ve tuzu ekleyerek 1-2 dakika daha karıştıralım.Beşamel sosumuz göz göz olup kıvam aldıktan sonra ocaktan alalım. 180°C fırında peynirler eriyip kızarana kadar pişmeye bırakalım. AFİYET OLSUN
