It was so special to discover The Clove where you can watch the trains roll by on the tracks directly outside the building. This building was built in 1893 replacing a previous hotel that burned down.
This is what I love about road trips and small town Canada. Discovering little pieces of history - not torn down - but retrofitted and reused to make something special like this restaurant.
