Honestly, I didn’t plan on disappearing — but life this past year has been so full. So alive. So present.
And most of the time, I forgot to even take my phone with me… which, I guess, is a good sign ✨
But today, I felt like dropping in and sharing a little reflection.
So here are just some of the highlights from this beautifully wild year:
🦋Right after my birthday, I went to Ibiza for a powerful Kundalini training + retreat… it cracked something open in me.
🦋The summer months were soft and energizing all at once — so much energy work, time at the beach, time with my kids, and heart-expanding connections.
🌍 We traveled to Estonia and Switzerland — both felt like little soul-home visits.
👶 So many of my closest friends became mamas this year! Even though I only got to meet one of their little angels in person (thank you, distance ), my heart is so full for each of you.and can’t wait to meet all of you this year ✨❤️
🦋I organized three retreats this year (!!) — one of them in magical Costa Rica. Each one brought together such beautiful souls. I still carry those energies with me.
💫 I met so many powerful beings this year, including connecting to the lineage of Guru Jagat and diving deeper into energy work than ever before.
Honestly, the theme of this year was: being present. I wasn’t online much. Didn’t post. Didn’t always document. I just… lived it.
💞 I’m so grateful for every new soul I’ve met — through my podcast, my workshops, the retreats, the random magic of life.
And now… I’ve just turned 35. Something feels different.
Something new is coming in.
And I’m letting the universe surprise me 🌙
Maybe I’ll post again in another year — who knows 😄
