Spoiler: We had THE BEST FLIGHT!
As soon as we boarded, Connor was testing every button and Chase was doing laps down the aisle like he was training for the toddler Olympics. We changed seats, Started coloring…ALL THE THINGS, all before take-off!
& BOOM, we settled them down as we started take-off, and it was a GREAT flight! ✈️ one our best yet 😂 they both ended up taking naps, played with toys. Let the curiosity & energy out at the beginning was a BIG payoff!
Lately, it’s been such a game changer - both settle in as we take-off and take naps!

🧳🎒A Separate Baby Luggage– Chase may be tiny, but somehow his stuff still takes over my bag. One shared suitcase = one less thing to drag through the airport!
👖👕Fancy Outfits – I packed the cutest little outfits… and Chase spent the entire trip in comfy onesies and PJs. Lesson learned.
🛌 Special Travel Gear – That fancy inflatable baby bed or bassinet just wasn’t our favorites! We love a good travel crib or even better have the hotel provide one (if they have that option!)
🧼🛁 Bath Items - I promise the hotel soap & towels work just fine, don’t waste the time or energy packing these items!
🧢 Hats - This one saddens me, but most of the time the boys never kept hats on, so I just stopped worrying about bringing them!
