I took a leap into a larger space for my training business and what started as a studio evolved into a private training club. That shift came fast and unexpectedly, but I jumped on the opportunity without hesitation.
It required a major investment, a complete change in business model, and a clear vision for what I wanted the experience to become. The goal was simple. Create an environment that reflects the standard I expect and the standard my clients deserve.
Every year, I host a Christmas party as a thank you. Not just for trusting me as a coach, but for buying into the club itself. Your commitment allows me to continue refining the space, upgrading equipment, and delivering the highest level training experience possible.
This night was for you. Grateful for the people, the trust, and what we are building together.

Really it comes down to the fact they never actually train their legs with intent. They move weight around, rush their reps, and fake depth so aggressively you would think someone is handing out awards for quarter squats đ
They chase numbers instead of tension and then stand there confused in the locker room wondering why their shorts still look like they are hanging off two broomsticks đ§šđ§š
Real leg development comes from owning the extremes of the range, controlling every inch, and letting the discomfort build until the set forces adaptation. Most people want no part of that. The second it starts to burn, they tap out like they just discovered pain for the first time đ. They pick the easy variation, blame the equipment, and convince themselves they âfeel itâ When they donât.
If you want legs that actually look the part, you need precision, intent, and the willingness to sit in the discomfort everyone else runs from. Slow your rep down. Sink into real depth. Keep the tension on. Push until the stimulus hits instead of stopping the moment your soul gets slightly irritated.
That is why most people stay small, and why the few who train with intent always look like they belong to a different species đŚ

Most men are not inconsistent because they are lazy. They are inconsistent because their life has no structure.
No routine.â¨No anchors in the day.â¨No plan for training.â¨No plan for meals.â¨No plan for sleep.
They try to âwing itâ and expect elite results.â¨They wait for free time instead of creating it.â¨They rely on motivation instead of systems.
Consistency is not a personality trait.
It is a setup.â¨It is a schedule.â¨It is a standard.
When you remove the guesswork, everything gets easier.
Your meals become predictable.â¨Your training becomes automatic.â¨Your lifestyle becomes aligned.
Men do not fail because they cannot stay consistent.
They fail because they never build the environment that makes consistency possible.
Build the structure.â¨Set the schedule.â¨Remove the chaos.â¨Consistency follows every time

Hereâs why one âfeelsâ heavy and the other actually connects with the muscle more effectively
Most Hammer Strength machines use what is called an ascending load profile. This means the resistance increases as you move through the rep. It sounds good in theory because you are generally stronger later in the movement, but the human strength curve is not a straight climb from bottom to top. You are weakest at the start, strongest through the middle, and then strength fades a little again near the top.
When the load rises too aggressively it can overload the weakest part and underload the mid range, which is the zone that creates the most stimulus for hypertrophy. This is why Hammer pieces sometimes feel heavy but do not always deliver the most effective tension.
Nautilus Nitro is built around a cam that matches real human strength production. The tension rises and falls in a way that lines up with the muscle itself. This creates smoother resistance, better leverage, and more meaningful loading where your chest can actually use it. This means more time spent under stimulatory tension
Now this doesnât mean we throw Hammer Strength in the bin. It simply means we understand what the ascending load is doing. It can be great for expressing strength, for variety, or for adding volume when you do not need perfect alignment. You just need to know the limitations of the resistance curve and use it alongside pieces that give you more precise mid range stimulus.
Different tools. Different purposes. Smarter training when you understand the difference.
This is ultimately the brilliance of the Nautilus Nitro line, rather than completely knocking Hammer strength.
Itâs also why Iâve spent the last 5 years acquiring the Nautilus Nitro line to kit out
Every guy says he wants it.â¨More muscle. More money.
More respect. More freedom.
But most never get close, not because they canât, but because they wonât admit what it costs. Everyone loves the fantasy version of success.
The highlight reel, the validation, the idea of being âthat guy.â But nobody wants the price tag that comes with it.
The early mornings. The skipped nights out. The constant discipline when no oneâs watching. The sacrifice of comfort, ego, convenience.
Most men say they want change, but what they really want is to stay the same while somehow getting better results
â˘The physique without the structure
â˘Income without the grind.â¨â˘Confidence without the discomfort
â˘Reward without the work.
Thatâs why you stay stuck.â¨Comfortable enough to complain, but not uncomfortable enough to commit.
Hereâs the truth:â¨You can have anything you want, but you canât have everything you want.â¨Something has to give.â¨Sleep, comfort, social life, excuses. Something always pays the bill.
So itâs not that you canât.â¨Itâs that you wonât admit what it costs.
And until you do, youâll keep looking for shortcuts that donât exist
When I first started lifting, I thought progress came from finding the secret. The perfect split, the magic supplement stack, the latest âoptimalâ exercise rotation.
Reality check? The real gains started when everything got boring.
Same meals. Same training split. Same logbook. Same slow grind that no one wants to hear about.
And thatâs exactly why most men never actually change.
Why?
â˘Boring doesnât trend.
â˘Youâd rather chase a new program than master the one youâre on.
â˘You eat like pigeons but talk like powerlifters.
â˘Tracking food feels obsessive but scrolling TikTok for 90 minutes apparently doesnât.
â˘You confuse training hard with sweating, not taking sets near failure.
â˘You think being consistent for 4 weeks means youâve earned results that take 4 years.
â˘You they treat sleep, recovery, and structure like suggestions, not requirements.
Hereâs my truths:â¨Progress hides in the boring.â¨Itâs in the unsexy repetition.â¨In the workout you didnât skip.â¨In the meal you forced down when you werenât hungry.â¨In the logbook you didnât let slide.
Stick with boring long enough and suddenly everyone wants to know your secret.
The secret is this:
Just kept doing the boring stuff long after everyone else stopped.
in-person & virtually, results donât lie đŻđŞ
Having access to Ă - - takes it up a notch: intensity, focus, & a whole new level of training đŻ
bodyâs changed, sarcasm hasnât đ
Knowledge, precision, & the occasional roast đđ
if youâre lookinâ for a proven program & track record, đ˛ me to get in touch with Dylan & book your consult đĽ

(you just quit before it worked)
Hereâs the truth: programs donât stop working⌠you just arenât doing them long enough for them to actually work.
Everybody loves ânew.â
New split, new app, new TikTok workout.
But hereâs the reality check:
â˘Muscles donât care about your boredom.
â˘Buldging muscles donât show up after 10 days.
â˘Progress takes time under the same bar, the same lifts, with progressively more weight or reps in order to maintain training close to failure on every set.
Switching programs every 2â3 weeks is like planting seeds, digging them up a week later, and wondering why you donât have a garden yet. đąâĄď¸đť
You need at least 6 weeks (and often 8+) of consistent execution before you even deserve to judge a program. If youâre still adding reps, lifting heavier, or improving form, that program is still doing its job.
So before you hop on the next âsecretâ routine you saw online, maybe ask yourself: Is your program broken⌠or is your attention span? đ
Real results belong to the lifters who can sit their ass down, commit, and milk every ounce of progress before moving on. Stop program-hopping. Start progressing đ
