Gefüllte Ofentomaten 🍅🍅
Easy, leicht und. lecker
Zutaten für 4 Portionen
100 g gemischtes Hack
8 große Tomaten
je 3 Knoblauchzehen und Frühlingszwiebeln
250 g Mozzarella
je 120 g Butter und geriebener Parmesan
1 Bund Basilikum ( ich hatte Petersilie genommen )
Paprikapulver
Salz & Pfeffer
Und so einfach geht’s!
1 Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen und eine Auflaufform bereit stellen
2. Die Tomaten köpfen und aushöhlen. ( Das ausgehöhlte lässt sich super zu einer leckeren Bloody Mary verarbeiten 🥤🥤
3 Etwas Butter in eine Pfanne und das Hackfleisch mit den Frühlingsziebeln anbraten. Die Mischung mit den Gewürzen abschmecken
4. Parmesan, Knoblauch und die Butter in einem Mixer zu einer Paste verarbeiten.
Mozzarella in kleine Stücken dazugeben ebenso den Basilikum oder eben wie ich die Petersilie. Nochmals gut durchmixen
5. Das angebratene Hackfleisch unterheben und mit Salz und Pfeffer nochmal abschmecken.
6. Jetzt die Masse in die Tomaten füllen und dann ab damit in den vorgeheizten Ofen für ca 20 min.
