The past year has felt like a blur. I’ve grown so much, while sometimes feeling like I haven’t grown at all?! I’m always feeling like there’s more that I should be doing, without acknowledging everything that I’ve already done so…because of that, here are a few things I’m proud of myself for:
❤︎ Advocating for myself & getting some relief after a decade+ of pain with undiagnosed endometriosis
❤︎ Opening up about my struggles & helping so many other women do the same
❤︎ Continuing to show up for myself (even if some days it was 10%)
❤︎ Being honest with myself (delulu is not always the solulu)
❤︎ Crying in therapy for the first time in 5 years (I’m a D1 emotion bottler)
It’s so easy to focus on the *bad* especially while I’m still going through so many challenges right now with my mental & physical health BUT God.

Medication can help alleviate this a little bit, but since I’m not always medicated I have my moments like here where I waited until the last minute to start my nails & then was annoyed that I had to finish them in a different setting 🥲 s/o to my brain!
Either way, I’m glad that they got done & this tortoise shell set is one of my favorites of the year 🤎
