De Tangia was mijn favoriet. Als ik naar het vlees keek viel het al uit elkaar. Met een diepe smaak van de ingemaakte citroen en specerijen zoals kurkuma en saffraan. Superlekker met de frisse salade die door het vette vlees heen snijdt…
