Zásadním tématem se stalo řešení tmavšího středu bytu typického pro nárožní dispozici. Pomocí cílené práce se světlem, oblouky a vizuálními průhledy zde vznikl otevřený obytný prostor, který propojuje obývací pokoj, jídelnu a kuchyň. Ta je záměrně skrytá z hlavní obytné zóny a doplněná o snídaňový kout s výhledem do zeleně a na kostel. Mozaiková podlaha trencadís odkazuje na katalánskou modernu a podtrhuje lokální kontext projektu.
Interiér kombinuje nové kusy nábytku s vintage prvky, vápenné omítky v odstínech zelené definují jednotlivé zóny a vestavby na míru zajišťují souvislé úložné prostory v celém bytě. Součástí dispozice je velkorysá ložnice s integrovanou koupelnou, dětský pokoj a pokoj pro hosty. Projekt pracuje s oblouky, závěsy a průchozími sekvencemi jako s nástroji pro plynulé oddělování intimních a společných částí bytu.

Yesterday was an absolute blast. The feeling of seeing my work displayed in the largest paper store in Europe after nearly five months of preparation is indescribable. Two hours flew by and felt like just two minutes. Knowing that my friends, clients, my partner, and even strangers took the time out of their busy schedules to come and see it is the greatest reward.
