My name is Molly Gardner! I am a painter from Texas originally, currently in New Orleans, Louisiana. My painting journey began about 15 years ago when I was in school for photography and found live painting.
For many years going and painting to festivals and music events was my life blood! I moved to Denver, Colorado for nearly 10 years and painted at hundreds of events across the US in this time. The energy behind painting at an event with all your friends is indescribable. I still LOVE it but after years of chronic pain, it became non functioning. I was finally diagnosed with a genetic condition called #hEDS (google it) which has changed my life drastically. I am unable to stand for long periods, and all around my body is much weaker with many joints being very compromised. I am beyond grateful to have painting as an outlet and still get to do events here and there! (I will be recovering for weeks after lol)

While I don’t post much about what’s going on health wise, know this is as big part of my life! And I am also always open to a yap about what chronic pain means and the struggle with it!

In recent art I have been trying to portray the interconnectedness of the world.
