December is always lean pickings for us because we’re basically too busy for cooking and eating 😂 So we are now in full on hibernation mode, eating and resting on repeat in an overly heated and very cluttered house. Bliss.
We might venture out later, blinking into the light wearing new socks and jumpers…. But we might not.
We might just watch another episode of stranger things and toast our wintering success with another slice of cheese and a mid morning snooze 🧀 🕯️

We are currently running around 24hrs behind on most things but this will be cleared in the next couple of days. We know we bang on about supporting small and supporting local but it’s so important, if you’ve seen our stories today you’ll know that a certain VERY big brand is using our product pictures to sell knock off ‘made in China’ versions and this particular business has been a major disrupter in retail these last few years 😕 going from strength to strength.
We all love a bargain and we’re as guilty as the next person for Amazon Prime convenience but with the British public about to spend 6 billion this Black Friday it’s so important that we spread our spending and make sure that high streets and small businesses get a look in too.
With that in mind, we thought we’d tempt you all with some good old fashioned window shopping! Feast your eyes on our little high street, this was earlier this afternoon in Haworth. We took a stroll down the cobbled street and started our own Christmas shopping 🤗 We’ve got some Christmas late night shopping dates for you… Thursday 4th and Thursday 18th December. It’s pure Christmas magic, all the pubs light their fires, the shops are at their twinkling best and it’s like stepping back in time.
