Il biscotto ha un retrogusto amarognolo che proprio non mi torna. Nonostante i pezzi di cioccolato rimangano belli croccanti, il sapore complessivo mi ha lasciato un po’ così.

Un burger con patty di manzo, American cheese e una coleslaw che richiama il North Carolina, ma che abbiamo “contaminato” con salsa Teriyaki per dargli quello spunto dolciastro e godurioso. Semplicemente devastante.
TAMAGO SANDWICH:
In Giappone è una leggenda, per noi è il Tamago Sandwich. Un Brioche Bun che avvolge l’insalata di uova sode e la nostra leggendaria Pepper Mayo, un tocco di senape e una spolverata di Bacon Blast per renderlo perfetto.

Dalla terrina di Foie Gras, delicata ma decisa, ai calamaretti spillo super crispy con jalapeño. 🌶️
Il pezzo forte? Il Filetto alla Rossini: cottura perfetta e una pioggia di tartufo.
Chiusura con sbrisolona e l’immancabile “resentin”.
