Der U-Bahnfahrer behauptete sogar, dass seine rassistische Äußerung „nicht strafbar“ sei und „eine normale Meinungsäußerung“ darstelle. Ist das etwa die „normale Meinung“ unserer Gesellschaft? Wir sagen NEIN! Rassismus ist keine Meinung.
Es ist an der Zeit, dass die Verantwortlichen zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden:
1. Der U-Bahnfahrer muss Konsequenzen für seine rassistische Durchsage tragen. Rassismus ist kein Kavaliersdelikt!
2. Die BVG muss diesen Vorfall umfassend aufarbeiten und Maßnahmen ergreifen, um rassistische Vorfälle in Zukunft zu verhindern. Ein solcher Angriff ist nie einfach nur ein Einzelfall, sondern ein strukturelles Problem.
3. Der BVG-Chef Henrik Falk muss für Rassismus in seinem Unternehmen zur Verantwortung gezogen werden. Wir akzeptieren keine Führungspersonen, die Rassismus in ihrem Konzern tolerieren!
4. Es muss ein verbindliches Antirassismus-Konzept innerhalb der BVG entwickelt werden. Wir fordern jährliche Antirassismus-Schulungen für alle Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräfte, um Rassismus aktiv entgegenzutreten!

Kurz bevor die Türen an der U-Bahn-Haltestelle geschlossen wurden, hat der U-Bahnfahrer die rassistische Durchsage gemacht: „Können die kriminellen Migranten dahinten von der Tür weggehen, damit wir weiterfahren können?“
Wie viele andere Migrant*innen und Geflüchtete in der U-Bahn war ich schockiert und verwirrt, als ich das gehört habe.
Das passierte genau, nachdem ich meinen Freunden in einem Café gesagt habe, dass ich wegen der Offenheit und Sympathie der Berliner*innen nach Berlin ziehen möchte.
Ich habe mich noch nie so unsicher in Berlin gefühlt. Jetzt frage ich mich, ob Migrant*innen und Geflüchtete hier sicher sind.
An der nächsten Station sind meine Freunde und ich ausgestiegen. Ich habe mit einer Gruppe mit Migrationsbezug den U-Bahnfahrer konfrontiert. An der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Osloer Straße haben und ihn erneut konfrontiert und dieses Video aufgenommen.
Der U-Bahnfahrer behauptete, dass seine rassistische Durchsage „nicht strafbar“ und „eine normale Meinungsäußerung“ sei, und fügte hinzu: „Das ist die einzige Sprache, die sie verstehen.“
Das ist rassistisch, inakzeptabel und unerträglich. Ich möchte klarstellen, dass ich nicht tatenlos bleibe. Zusammen mit den Zeug*innen, die ich erst gestern nach dem rassistischen Fall kennengelernt habe, haben wir eine Gruppe gebildet und planen, gegen den U-Bahnfahrer und das rechtlich vorzugehen.
Die Bundesregierung und der Berliner Senat tragen eine Verantwortung dafür. Durch ihre rechtspopulistische Politik schüren sie #Rassismus in #Berlin und ganz #Deutschland. Sie müssen mit ihrer rassistischen Politik aufhören und antirassistische Maßnahmen ergreifen.
Auch die BVG muss ihrer Verantwortung gerecht werden und ihr Personal besser schulen und sich öffentlich bei ihren Fahrgästen entschuldigen!!!
Wir wünschen allen Menschen, die sich Innerhalb für die Rechte von Geflüchteten einsetzen, viel Kraft und hoffen, dass die Partei ihren menschenrechtlichen Kompass wiederfindet.
