1. My dad saw me perform live for the first time. Much of the art I make is inspired by him and his work ethic to support his family. It is only because of my parents that I am able to do what I love today.
2. I had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with other artists and genres I would have never thought of. This of course was only possible due to and ’s ambitious artistic vision. I can’t thank you enough for the opportunity and I am excited to tour Invisible Cities and evolve the production!
3. I premiered work as one of “head choreographers” for the first time. Although everything I made was only possible thanks to and —what we did is as much yours as it is mine because that’s just how works.
4. Thank you for constantly believing and challenging me. I am proud of how much you’ve overcome both as an artist and a human being. I literally would not the the same dancer or person without you., the pieces we made could only exist with your hard work, eagerness, and open-mindedness. You both poured your heart out for this project and I am so looking forward to making much more art with both of you. And thank you to for acting as our dramaturge! Your feedback and advice was truly invaluable!
