で、前のPostの続きなんですけど…
実はね？去年の五月に怪我して、膝がおかしいと感じたんで、スグに外科に行ってお医者さんに診てもらったんだよね？
そしたら……｢異常なし｣とか最初のお医者さんに言われちゃって、暫く様子見て下さいとか言われて(笑)
思いっきり誤診されちゃったんで、発見が1年くらいかなり遅れちゃったんです😅

まあ、でも、その頃から足がおかしいことに自分はすぐ気づいてたんで、何処の場所が悪いのかはわからなかったけど、
だましだまし動きつつ、ケアはかなり最初のころからしてました。
特にフェルビナクの湿布ミラクルでしたね。
少々高いがあれは医者が処方したロキソニン湿布よりも痛みがひいて凄く効果的だった。個人的な感想ですが、痛みに悩んでる方がいましたらマジでおすすめです。
あとザムストのサポーターが素晴らしい。

で、セカンドオピニオンしに、また違う外科医さんに診てもらいました。
そこのお医者さんは、医学博士号をとってるセンセーだったんで、まぁ誤診はさすがにないんじゃないかなーwと思って行きました。
そしたら凄いんですよ。触診の段階で、
｢半月板ですねー^^｣とかハッキリ言ってまして。
触診だけでわかるとはやはり博士さんはダテに博士やってないですね！w
で、その足ですぐにMRI検査をすることになったんでしてきました。
その結果が、半月板水平断裂でした。 ︎︎︎ ︎
でもね……でもね……たしかに知識は半端なくおありなんだろうけど……。
先生に治るんですか？と、聞いたら、治るようなものじゃないと言われてしまったり。
｢ショックだろうけど｣って何回も言う先生だったんで、なんか…嫌だなーと感じてw
ショックかどうかなんて、自分にとっちゃあどうでもいい話しだったんですよ(笑)
いやぁそんなことより前向きに治療したい。
治すのが長期戦だったり、手術しなければ治らないだったり、注射しながら保存療法しましょうとか色々あるとは思う。
でも前向きな治療や方法、言葉達はいくらだってあるばずなんです。先生が諦めてしまってるような先生だった。いくら博士でもMITO氏とは確実に気が合わないw

長い間、なかなか投稿できなくてごめんなさい！
実は、1年ちょっと前。去年の5月に派手に怪我をしまして、左膝半月板を水平断裂しました。

流石に最初は毎日激痛でね～😅
そこから半年間くらいは痛みがなかなか引きませんでした。
でもオイラは暗い話しだけをシェアするのがかなりキライなんで(笑)
何か前向きな話しができるまではあまり投稿したくなくて、
今まで別件でインスタのあり方と向き合っていたこともあり、
ちょっと今までスローペースでした。話すの遅くなってごめんね！

去年の5月～今までの間に、痛みをひかせる努力を実はずっと毎日していました。
冷やしたり、落ちついたら温めたり、フェルビナクの湿布貼ったりw血行よくしたり、
筋トレしたり……って、いや、、でも筋トレに関しては、
自分はADHDの多動癖が元々物ッッ凄いのでw
よくあるみんなの筋トレとは逆に…｢痛みを感じる動きを意識的にセーブ｣することで改善したので例外な方法なんですが……😅笑

膝の痛みに効きそうなことは現在も含め試しています。
とまぁ、その甲斐あって、現在は痛みが最初の頃に比べたら9割くらい大分引きました！
ただ、左膝を内側に曲げられなくなってしまったので、
その動きの時のみ激痛だけど、まぁ、内側に曲げないようにしてるんで、それさえ防げれば生活に支障無いレベルくらいになれました。
なので、一度伝えたかったんで、報告しときます！
