3. Remueve suavemente la preparación aprovechando la turbulencia del vertido.
4. Déjalo reposar en el frigorífico durante 24 horas.
5. Retira el sistema de infusión y límpialo.
6. Sírvelo con hielo y disfrútalo.

It’s that time of the year when we brew a batch of cold brew daily, now using our latest Colombian 🇨🇴 coffee, Las Perlitas. It’s been the perfect way to beat the heat.
The coffee shines beautifully as a cold brew, bringing out layers of jelly candy, pineapple, and dark chocolate, all wrapped in a vibrant sweetness that keeps you coming back for another sip. 🍬🍍🍫
The best part? You can easily make it at home too. Here is the recipe we use every day.
1. 70g of Las Perlitas ground to medium-coarse.
2. Slowly pour 1 litre of cool, filtered water over the grounds using a pouring kettle or jug.
3. Gently agitate the brew with the turbulence of your pour.
4. Let it sit in your fridge for 24 hours.
5. Remove the brew chamber and clean.
6. Serve and enjoy over ice.
