This week, we surprised them with a vintage Rolls Royce ride through the streets of Paris, champagne in hand, laughing like newlyweds while we captured photos around the City of Light.
Watching them together all these years has shaped so much of who I am. They showed me that love isn’t just grand gestures — it’s respect, loyalty, friendship, patience, showing up again and again, and building a family rooted in kindness.
In a world where lasting love can feel rare, I don’t take for granted what they’ve given us: an example.

This August, we’re welcoming a baby boy.
If I’m being honest, motherhood wasn’t always a clear “yes” for me. I loved my life as it was—travel, building my business, slow mornings, spontaneous adventures, deep conversations with friends. People would often say, “But you’d be such a great mom.” And while I never doubted that part… I did question something quieter, something harder to admit:
Would I actually enjoy motherhood?
And then life shifted in a way I didn’t expect.
After walking through two heartbreaking miscarriages, something became very clear—this wasn’t just an idea anymore. It was something I deeply, truly wanted.
Not because I think it will be easy.
Not because I have it all figured out.
But because the things that stretch us… the things that ask us to grow in ways we didn’t plan… are often the most meaningful parts of our lives.
So here we are, stepping into a new chapter with open hearts, a little bit of fear, and a whole lot of love.
To our family and friends—thank you for holding us, supporting us, and walking alongside us through all of it. We feel so grateful.
And to this little soul… we already can’t wait to meet you 🤍

12 years ago I started the French Immersion Program at Butler Elementary, and now I'm graduating with my Seal of Biliteracy! What better way to honor being bilingual than senior photos in Paris! 🫶
The French program has taught me so much: the incredible French language, of course, but also skills that I will use for the rest of my life.
This fall, I'll be studying my other favorite language: English at Brigham Young University.

The talks were fascinating and even more exciting was the chance to photograph President, Vice President,,, the CEO of YouTube, and many more prominent figures from around the world.
