I have a very simple 4 step skincare routine. Over the years, I have learnt that âthe more you put on your skin, the more itâll needâ and I also suffer from Eczema; so I keep my skincare routine restricted to a few steps, completely fragrance free and stick to the products that really works for my skin.
PS: If you have any skin related issues, the first thing you should consider is to go fragrance free and DONOT change your products often.
Step 1: CLEANSE: Use a mild face wash. I use one from
Step 2: HYALURON ALOE GEL-CREAM
Step 3: MOISTURISE: I have dry skin and Nivea Creme is greatly moisturising.
Step 4: SUNSCREEN (SPF 50)
PS: If you donât have any particular skin issues; you can add VITAMIN C SERUM to this routine.

⢠1 cup - Vanilla yogurt
⢠4-5 - strawberries
⢠1/3 - apple
⢠10 - pistachios
You can use any fruit of your choice but apple does add the crunch. And the salty pistachios along with the sweetness of the yogurt and fruits makes it delish!đ¤¤
