Una botella tremenda que rescata un tradicional estilo de Irlanda pero con un diferencial clave: su paso por barricas de roble irlandés de los bosques de Wicklow. Esta decisión de añejamiento, que se fusiona con barriles ex-bourbon, tiene que ver con que Irlanda solia llamarse la isla boscosa (The Wooded Isle).
La madera aporta notas mantecosas, a vainilla, caramelo y un fondo especiado que me encantó.

Soy de las personas que sostienen, que confían. Me criaron sabiendo que podía y que, que cuando no se puede, se vuelve a empezar. Por eso me presenté a este certamen tres veces. “La tercera es la vencida”, dije y así fue.
Ganar el Spirits Communication Award es un hito enorme. Una prueba de que la constancia y la curiosidad por los destilados y la comunicación construyen camino. Al final, era eso, unir mis dos grandes pasiones.
Esta industria me forma, me desafía y me empuja a crecer constantemente. Por eso, a todas las personas que vienen acompañando mi trabajo - colegas, mentores, alumnxs y esta comunidad hermosísima - gracias infinitas por ser parte de esto. Y a los jueces y a mis compañeras de shortlist, qué honor.

I’m someone who holds on, who trusts the process. I was raised believing I could, and that if things don’t work out, you start again. That’s why I applied to this award three times. “Third time’s the charm,” I said and it was.
Winning the Spirits Communication Award is a huge milestone. Proof that consistency, curiosity, and a genuine passion for both spirits and communication can truly build a path.
