Bu projede en kritik karar,
yoğunluğu dağıtmak yerine
bir avluda toplamaktı.
Kısıtlar arttıkça,
tasarım daha netleşiyor.
30 metre kot farkı, 10 kat sınırı ve 4 emsal yoğunluğu altında geliştirdiğimiz projede, bu kısıtlara rağmen bir avlu konseptiyle kentsel mekân üretmeyi hedefledik.
Tasarım yaklaşımını, kot farkını birbirine bağlanan 5 farklı kentsel platform ile çözmek ve yoğunluğu perimeter bloklar aracılığıyla eritmek üzerine kurduk.
Neredeyse tek blok gibi çalışan 2 konut ve 2 ofis bloğunu, arazinin güneyinde kontrollü biçimde açarak avluyu Ankara manzarasıyla ilişkilendirdik.
Kompleksin her noktasından 10 kat algısını korumayı önemsedik.
100.000 m²’nin üzerine çıkan kapalı alanlara rağmen proje, farklı kotlardan kentle sürekli bağlantı kurarak geçirgenliğini sürdürmeye devam ediyor.
Bu yaklaşım doğrultusunda projenin, bulunduğu bölge için yeni bir kentsel odak ve toplayıcı merkez oluşturmasını hedefliyoruz.

Yapının en karakteristik özelliği, klasik düz vitrin yerine binayı saran ikinci bir cephe kabuğu kullanması. Bu cephe, farklı yarıçaplarda bükülmüş cam panellerden oluşuyor ve taşıyıcı sistemden bağımsız çalışarak ışığı filtreliyor, yansımayı kırıyor ve gün boyunca sürekli değişen bir algı oluşturuyor.
Yani bina aslında sabit bir kütle, ama cephe sayesinde hareket ediyormuş gibi hissediliyor.
Mimar bu etkiyi “rüzgârda sallanan bir mor salkım pergolası” olarak tanımlıyor… ama ilk bakışta insana biraz da camdan bir poşet hissi vermiyor değil 😎
Kısa günü karı, cam cepheye naylon poşet muamelesi çekme fikri kumbaralarda dursun ama siz yine de ülkemizde uygulamadan önce bir kere daha düşünün…
