1. Arched shelves on either side of the fireplace. We love the detail, the lighting in the top shelf, and how polished it makes this wall feel. The cabinets are a game changer for hiding toys (my favourite thing 🙃), and styling these shelves adds so much interest to the space.
2. Arched + white oak doors. Adding these to the messy kitchen and mudroom brought so much character to the main floor. Being able to close them off and instantly hide the chaos behind each space = everything.
3. Floor-to-ceiling windows. With 11 ft ceilings, these windows (with black square grilles) completely transformed the look and feel of our home. So many people; including our window supplier - tried to steer us away from this, but we trusted our vision and customized them exactly how we wanted… and we’re SO glad we did.
