Puedes usar los que más te gusten. A mí me encanta la sopa bien llenita de veggies, así que le puse elote, chayote, ejote, zanahoria, papa y calabacita.

• 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
• 1 package fideo pasta (7 oz)
• 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
• 5 cups water, beef broth, or vegetable broth
For the tomato base:
• 5 tomatoes
• ¼ onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 2 cups water
• ½ teaspoon ground cumin
• Beef bouillon or seasoning, to taste
Vegetables:
Use whatever you like. I love soups loaded with veggies, so I added corn, chayote, green beans, carrot, potato, and zucchini.
Serve it with avocado, chilies, and some blue corn tortillas — so good 😮💨🔥 Have you tried them yet?

Hoy preparé una ensalada de pollo súper fácil y fresca, y me la comí usando lechuga como tortilla 😌
La ensalada lleva pollo cocido (puedes usar pollo rostizado para rápido), manzana, apio picadito, cebollita verde, arándanos secos y nuez para ese crunch perfecto. El aderezo es cremosito pero ligero: yogurt griego, un poquito de mayo, un chorrito de limón, apenas una cucharadita de mostaza Dijon, sal y pimienta al gusto.
