It’s been a longggg old time since we posted, and in all honesty it’s because when it’s come to fitness… there’s really not been a lot in the last month!!

Despite feeling SO nervous beforehand (the ginormous venue and wave sizes didn’t help haha) we had the absolute best time taking part in largest event yet! 😎
We were going to add music over this, but thought the cheers from our friends and family were even better - we’re both so lucky to have had such great support the whole way round which really kept us going when things got tough (aka lunges xxx)
Anddd of course a massive thank you to who coached us through the entire 16 weeks. We definitely couldn’t have got our 2 min PB without him (which we’re still buzzing about!) 😆

Eight weeks ago we were barely running 5km a week, had never really used a sled or ski erg before, and had no idea what a burpee broad jump was. Eight weeks later and we’ve completed our first Hyrox and had the best time ever whilst doing it!😆 this is your sign that if you’re thinking of doing one, do it!!
We absolutely loved every minute of it (even if our faces on the last two photos say otherwise…🫣) and we’re already looking to book another one soon💪🏼
