This client originally reached out to me for an SMP treatment, but at that time I was fully booked. However, I needed a model for our advanced SMP training with experienced artists.
The first session was performed by Vesna from Austria, an experienced SMP artist. The follow-up sessions were mainly carried out by Alex Corona, who completed about 75% of the work. I assisted during the final session, focusing on the coloration.
The client travelled all the way from Albania and started as a Norwood 7. Considering the starting point, we achieved a strong and natural result.

Creating a truly undetectable transition between Scalp Micropigmentation and native hair requires more than dot placement—it demands controlled integration at a follicular level, even under macro magnification.
This client presented for a 4-year touch-up with progressive thinning beneath the crown. Rather than layering standard density, the approach required Darting & Feathering—a precision method designed to integrate impressions directly into existing hair flow.
Technique Breakdown:
* Darting: Micro-directional implantation that follows the natural follicle exit angle, preventing visual separation between pigment and hair.
* Feathering: Controlled spacing and tapering of impressions to diffuse contrast, eliminating harsh transitions at the blend zone.
The objective is not to “fill” the area—but to engineer continuity, where the eye cannot distinguish where SMP ends and natural hair begins.

This client came in for a touch-up and wanted the result darker and more defined. I kindly declined. In my opinion, the pigmentation looks excellent for his skin tone and can easily last for several more years before any adjustment is needed.
Careful, gradual layering of pigment builds a proper structure in the skin. This ensures longevity and helps maintain definition over time, rather than turning into a flat, blurry shadow.

This is one of my latest creations that I’ve worked hard on. Although it’s not yet fully completed, I captured some beautiful photos that I’d like to share with you. The video shows the before situation.
Even though this case might look simple because there is still quite a lot of hair present, it is in fact much more challenging than it appears. The remaining hair is thick and coarse with undertones, the scalp has had some sun exposure, and the hair growth itself is uneven — which means a lot of blending work is required.
For this creation, we used a combination of 3RL and 2RL needles.
In November, we will continue this work and bring it to perfection. For those who would like to see me in action, my doors are always open to experience the quality I strive for in person.
