This cocktail is my way of bringing those memories into a glass.
Built around Zacapa 23, paired with fig leaf Chardonnay, elderflower, and native Australian Geraldton wax leaf for a subtle floral and citrus lift, finished with a touch of coconut water for a soft, rounded texture.
Using repurposed Chardonnay and kitchen by-products, the drink reflects a thoughtful approach to sustainability.
Finished with a salted fig chocolate bite inspired by both my childhood and a no-waste mindset.
